Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up or sign in, we collect your name and email address, either directly or from your Google account when you use "Continue with Google."

Google account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile information (name, email address, profile photo) solely to create and authenticate your account. We do not request or access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google data beyond basic sign-in profile information.

Competitor tracking data you configure. The competitor brands, ad accounts, and landing pages you choose to track, and the resulting archived ad creatives, landing page snapshots, and derived signals (new ads, scaling spend, new or retired landers, new markets).

Connected ad account data. If you choose to connect a Meta ad account via the Meta Marketing API, we access the campaign, ad set, and ad data needed to stage and launch campaigns on your behalf. We only access what is required for the features you enable, and any campaign we create is created paused. Turning it on is always a manual action you take.

Usage data. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to keep the Service running reliably.

How we use your information

We use the information above only to provide and improve the Service: authenticating your account, running the competitor tracking and signal-detection features you configure, sending you the digest emails you've opted into, and staging drafts or campaigns you explicitly request. We do not sell your personal information or any data obtained through Google or Meta to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Use of Google user data

Noship AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: Google account data is used only to authenticate you and operate your Noship AI account, is never used to serve advertising, is never sold, and is never shared with anyone except our infrastructure providers strictly as needed to operate the Service (see "Sharing" below). We do not use Google user data for any purpose beyond what is disclosed in this policy.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that operate Noship AI on our behalf: our database, hosting, and email delivery providers, and, where you've connected them, Meta's and Shopify's APIs to carry out the actions you request. These providers are only permitted to use data to perform services for us. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account and tracking data for as long as your account is active, so the Service can keep working the way you've configured it. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where we're required to retain limited records for legal or security purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted storage of connected-account credentials and row-level access controls on our database, to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
