Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Noship AI (the "Service"), operated by Varivendio ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Noship AI is a competitor ad tracking and product intelligence tool for e-commerce agencies. It monitors competitor advertising and landing pages you configure, surfaces signals and digests, and can stage draft landing pages and ad campaigns for your review. Nothing generated by the Service publishes or goes live automatically. Actions like publishing a page or turning on an ad campaign always require an explicit action from you.
2. Accounts
Access to Noship AI is invite-only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service to violate any applicable law or the terms of any third-party platform (including Meta's and Shopify's terms); attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; use the Service to scrape or track competitor data in a manner that violates a third party's terms of service or applicable law; or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
4. Connected accounts and third-party platforms
If you connect a Google, Meta, or Shopify account, you authorize Noship AI to access that account only to the extent necessary to provide the features you enable, as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for complying with each connected platform's own terms of service.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Where the Service is offered on a paid subscription basis, fees, billing cycle, and payment terms will be presented to you at signup or in your order confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the Service itself. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide (including your competitor tracking configuration and any brand assets you upload). You grant us a limited license to use that data solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that competitor data will be complete, accurate, or continuously available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noship AI and Varivendio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; data deletion is handled per our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
